BATES COUNTY SHERIFF'S POSSE
VOLUNTEER GROUP
CITIZENS ON PATROL
The purpose of the Posse is to provide services in cooperation with the Bates County Sheriff's Office in cases of emergency, disaster, searches and rescues.
The Posse would also perform crowd control and traffic control during events that are held in the Bates County area.
All applicants of the Bates County Sheriff's Posse will be subject to a background character check and must be approved by the Posse Board
Members and by the Bates County Sheriff's Office.
